Mr. Miller was born in Princeton, New Jersey on July 22, 1973.

Member: Virginia State Bar; Portsmouth Bar Association; Virginia Association of Housing and
Community Development Officials

Areas of Practice: Mr. Miller has practiced for over ten years in the area of Housing and Development
Law and has extensive experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Financing.

Mr. Miller is married to Sharon Miller and is a doting father to two young boys, Nate and Grant.
