Business/commercial litigation, construction litigation and civil litigation generally, including professional liability defense, insurance defense and coverage disputes, products liability and premises liability in state and federal courts.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
During and following law school, Mary practiced with a mid-sized complex litigation firm in Richmond, Virginia handling large complex plaintiff’s personal injury cases. Immediately prior to joining Cooper, Spong & Davis, Mary was a partner with a state-wide litigation defense firm.

Mary is a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, is married and has two daughters, Meghan and Katrina. When time permits, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, and traveling to scuba dive.
