The firm actively litigates and resolves disputes, before both trial and appellate courts, in all types of commercial settings, including construction litigation; employment claims, commercial lease disputes, environmental litigation, partnership and shareholder disagreements, and breaches of contract. In particular, the litigation department represents its clients in all types of construction disputes including Miller Act cases, Little Miller Act cases, and complex mechanic’s lien claims, all disputes on behalf of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties.
