From Norfolk and Virginia Beach

Traveling west on I-264, go through the Norfolk to Portsmouth downtown tunnel in the right hand lane and take Exit 7, which is the first exit after you drive out of the tunnel. This exit forks; bear to your right. This is the exit for downtown Portsmouth and the Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Continue through the traffic light and enter the roundabout exiting onto Crawford Street. Stay on Crawford Street for about three blocks until it intersects High Street. Cooper, Spong & Davis is in the Towne Bank building on the left.

From Great Bridge

Traveling north on I-464, go through the Norfolk to Portsmouth downtown tunnel in the right hand lane and take Exit 7, which is the first exit after you drive out of the tunnel. From Churchland

Traveling east on High Street toward downtown Portsmouth, turn left onto London Boulevard and continue in an easterly direction toward downtown for two and a half miles until London Boulevard becomes London Street. Turn right from London Street onto Crawford Street. Go one block. Cooper, Spong & Davis is in the Towne Bank building on the right.

From Suffolk or Newport News

Traveling east on I-264 toward downtown Portsmouth, take Exit 7 B (the last exit before the Portsmouth to Norfolk downtown tunnel). This is the exit for Crawford Street, Downtown Portsmouth, and the Naval Hospital. Continue through the traffic light and enter the roundabout exiting onto Crawford Street. Stay on Crawford Street for about three blocks until it intersects High Street. Cooper, Spong & Davis is in the Towne Bank building on the left.
