SETH B. ROYSTER
Mr. Royster has been with Cooper, Spong & Davis in a variety of capacities since 2013. Prior to joining the firm he worked for a Norfolk based law firm where he was extensively involved with real estate. Mr. Royster graduated from East Carolina University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. After graduating from ECU he spent several years working for law firms in the Norfolk/Portsmouth area, which included working as an auditor for a commissioner of accounts. In May of 2017, Mr. Royster graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree. Seth’s over half decade of legal experience has exposed him to several areas of law and helped him develop an array of legal skills.
Mr. Royster is licensed to practice in Virginia and North Carolina. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, estate and trust administration, small business development, non-profit entity creation, guardian/conservatorships, and related litigation. Seth also has experience with bankruptcy matters and creditors rights.
Seth grew up locally and is a 2007 graduate of Isle of Wight Academy. He attends Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Suffolk and is active in many civic, business and community groups.
